Memberships & Passes Policy

• Subscription Memberships will automatically renew before the end of their term.
• Class Pack Memberships will not automatically renew and will expire at the end of their term.
• Class Passes that are single use passes, purchased without an active membership will expire after 7 days from date of purchase.
• Single use passes can be used immediately upon completion of purchase.
• All memberships and passes are active immediately upon completion of purchase.
• To keep unused single use passes from expiring, repurchase a membership or pass, before the end of their term.
• No cancellation fee with subscription memberships. Clients must cancel prior to their auto renewal date.
• No initiation fee, hold, pause, transfer, nor refund of memberships and passes.
